Some of the challenges Couples Counselling may address:
Maintaining your own Identity within the relationship
Communication and conflict
Infidelity
Identifying and accepting the individuals we grow into
Growing apart / Disinterest in the partner/s / Falling out of love
Life adjustments / Changes
Parenting conflicts and challenges
Couples Counselling is not about "how to be perfect" or "how to have it all"; but rather, how to sort through some of the most challenging chaotic moments or mountains we have ever faced, only this time Together.
How Do I Know When to Seek Couples Counselling?
Couples counselling does not necessarily mean you and your partner/s need to wait until you are in those challenging times to seek support. Often the individual's involved in the relationship may want to speak to someone to learn new skills or just to further connect with their partner/s. Though if there is a time you are feeling you have hit a roadblock, that may be a good sign to speak to someone about how you can manage that obstacle as a unit.
Couples counselling and the courses designed by Luminous Path are well thought of and designed to challenge you; there will be times where you and/or your partner/s may feel uncomfortable in that space; though it is the moments that challenge us and push us that encourage us to further grow. We cannot grow in a space that is stagnant and familiar. So if you are open and willing, I hope to walk alongside you to change and illuminate beautiful growth within you and the relationship.
Couples Counselling Sessions are Face to Face and Online via a Password Protected Zoom Session.
